XK-GDC Fixed bed catalytic reaction experiment device
Functions:
1. To know the constitution and technology of the fixed bed tubular catalytic reaction experiment device.
2. To operate gas solid phase catalytic reaction, catalyst evaluation and technology condition select and macrokinetics experiment.
3. The study of organocatalysis reaction, such as hydrogenation, dehydrogenation, oxidation, alkylation, aromatization, ammoniation, etc.
Main configuration:
Tubular reactor, preheater, condenser, gas-liquid separator, metering pump, rotor flow meter, wet type gas flowmeter, temperature instrument, pressure instrument, ampere meter, experiment bench and control panel, netc.

1. Reactor: Refined made of stainless steel, φ 20× 600mm; Three section heat; 1kw/section; Withstand voltage: 0.6Mpa.
2. Preheater: Refined made of stainless steel, φ 10*250mm; Heat power 0.5kw
3. Condenser: Refined made of stainless steel, φ 40*400mm.
4. Gas-liquid separator: Refined made of stainless steel, φ 50*150mm.
5. Catalyzer filling quantity: 10-100ml.
6. Metering pump: As micro diaphragm metering pump; Power 30w; Maximum flow: 9L/h; Stroke frequency 120/min; Suction: 2m. Working flow=(metering pump maximum flow/stroke frequency)*current working frequency;
