XK-XS Packing absorbing Experiment Device
Functions:
1. Be familiar with packing absorbing column's basic structure, technological process and operating method.
2. Observe mechanical behavior such as packing absorbing column's flooding.
3. Measure relationship between packing layer pressure drop and superficial velocity under wet/dry packing condition.
4. Measure total mass transfer coefficient Kya, and to understand its influencing factor.
Main configuration:
Water storage tank, water tank, air pump, mix surge tank, absorption tower, rotor flow meter, wet gas flow meter, U type differential pressure gauge, pressure instrument, temperature instrument, experiment bench and control panel, etc.
Technical parameters:
1. Water storage tank: Volume about 30L, stainless steel and high quality antirust PVC material.
2. Water pump, stainless steel mini booster pump, power: 90W;
3. Fan: Adopts low noise medium voltage fan, rotate speed: 2800r/min, flow quantity: 450m3/h, wind pressure: 120mmH2O, efficiency: 66%, power: 250W, working voltage: 220V, flow adjustable range: 0-600m3/h.
4. Mix surge tank: Made of stainless steel, intensive mixing to air, carbon dioxide and other experiment gas, stabilivolt output.
5. Absorption tower: Adopt packing absorbing column, size: φ 100*800mm, tower body as transparent organic glass, convenient for students to observe experiment appearance. Padding: φ 10*10*1mm ceramic rasching ring, absorbing medium: Carbon dioxide gas, absorbent: Water.
6. Flowmeter: Gas rotor flow meter*2, mass flow liquid rotor flow meter*1, wet flow meter*1.
7. Differential pressure gauge: U type differential pressure gauge, to observe feeding absorption tower's top and bottom tower differential pressure changes.
8. Pressure instrument: Measuring range 0-2.5MPa, precision 0.5 grade; Temperature instrument: Measuring range -50~150, precision 0.5 grade.
9. Experiment bench as 304 high quality stainless steel; Compact instrument, beautiful appearance, simple procedure, easily operated.
