XK-GLH Solid Fluidzation Experiment Device
Functions:
1. Observe experiment appearance of aggreagative and dispersed fluidzation;
2. Learn measuring method of flow characteristic fluid pass by particle bed;
3. Experimental determination of fluidzation curve (Dp~u curve)
4. Determine and know the fluidization law, to find critical fluidizing velocity.
Main configuration:
Fluidized bed, fan, water pump, water storage tank, rotor flow meter, gas distributor, liquid distributor, differential pressure gauge, flow control valve, material, experiment bench and control panel, etc.
Technical parameters:
1. Fluidized bed: Size 300*50*500mm, water diversion bed, air bed*two, all made of transparent organic glass.
2. Fan: Air quantity 450m3/h, wind pressure 120mmH2O, efficiency 66%, shaft power 750w.
3. Water pump: Mini-household booster pump, power: 120W.
4. Water storage tank: Made of stainless steel or high quality antirust PVC material, volume about 35L.
5. Flow measurement: Adopts with pipeline type rotor flow meter measuring, connection method: Flange.
6. Differential pressure measurement: Bed differential pressure measurement adopts with inverted U shaped differential pressure gauge or U shaped differential pressure.
7. Experiment bench made of 304 high quality stainless steel; Compact structure, beautiful appearance, simple procedure, easily operated.
