XK-CL/DF Tank-In-Series Experiment Device
Functions:
1. Familiar with tank-in-series experiment device's basic constitution and operation procedure.
2. Master caculate and test method of the material in reactor's RTD (residence time distribution).
3. To know RTD test principle, deepen understanding of backmixing conceptions.
4. Can complete tank-in-series backmixing function test experiment's data measurment.
Main configuration:
Inflow pump, flowmeter, reaction still, blander motor, conductivity meter, electrical heating box, thermostatic water bath, temperature control instrument, valves, pipelines, experiment bench and control panel, etc.
Technical parameters:
1. Inflow pump: Adopts with micro pump booster pump, flow: 12L/min, lift: 10m; Power: 90W.
2. Flow meter: LZB-6 (6-60L/h) liquid rotameter, observe, control feed flow.
3. Reaction kettle: Made of high quantity organic glass, each kettle's volume about 1500ml, in series.
4. Blander motor: Type: YTCJ-6-4/60, power 6w, rotate speed 1350r/min. Speed governing board set on control cabinet to regulate stirring speed.
5. Conductivity meter: Digital conductivity tester, 0-104mScm, separately install at each kettle's exist, to determine exit tracer material's content.
6. Electrical heating box: Made of high quality stainless steel, volume about 25L, heated by tubular electrical heated tube, heating power 1.5KW.
7. Thermostatic water bath: Dimension: 800*180*120mm; Transparent plexiglass production
8. Temperature control instrument: Digital temperature control instrument, to control temperature display in each kettle and electrical heating water tank.
9. Control panel board and experiment bench as 304 high quality stainless steel; Compact structure, beautiful appearance, simple procedure, easily operate.
