SCZ chemical process pump applies to transport inorganic and organic acid of various temperature and concentration, such as nitric acid, sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid; Basic solution of various temperature and concentration, such as sodium nydroxie, soda; Various salt; Various liquid petrochemical oil refining, paper making and sugar making industry.
Structure
SCZ process pump is a kind of horizontal, single stage and single suction centrifugal pump. The dimension and properties conform to the standard of DIN24256/ISO2858. The pressure on the shaft sealing is compensated by the balance hole of sub-vane or impeller. Soft packing sealing(cooled or not cooled) and mechanical sealing(balancing) of single and double ends of various of various structures can be used for shaft sealing. The ball bearing is durable, and the radius of shaft is enough to assure the stable operation. Some pump casing is designed to the structure of double worm shell to balance the radial force. The bearing support includes the shaft, impeller and packing box. The pump casing need not be taken apart from the pipeline while repairing(motor also need not be taken apart if using extending coupler).
