Product Description
Hexagonal wire mesh is also called twisting wire mesh, soft edge wire mesh, which is weaved by iron wire.
Wire diameter:
(1)For galvanized wire: 0.3mm--4.0mm
(2) For PVC coated wire: 0.8mm--4mm
Surface treatment: Galvanized after weaving, galvanized before weaving, PVC coated galvanized hot-dipped galvanized electro galvanized.
1. Powder coated hexagonal wire mesh
Features: Powder coated hexagonal wire mesh, it has normal twist, reverse twist and double twist, powder coated can promise its anti-corrosion.
Application: In construction, chemicals and cultivation for strengthening, or making them into box or fence as a defending product.
2. Galvanized hexagonal wire mesh
Materials: Galvanized wire and hot-dipped wire
Features: Structure is stable and has great anti-tensile strength ability. Deformation ability and anti-corrosion is good.
Application: It is suitable for slope protection mesh, high-way fence, and made into gabion box preventing floods destroying.
PVC coated after galvanized hexagonal wire mesh uses PVC coated after galvanized wire to weave, which can increase the life cycle of it and different colors are available to adapt to different environments.
Mightey hexagonal wire mesh is also called large size hexagonal wire mesh, or gabion box. It is weaved by large size of high quality low carbon steel wire, whose wire diameter is from 2.0mm to 4.0mm. Hot-dipped galvanized is the common surface treatment, which is up to 200g/m2
Application: It can be applied to slope protection and planting protection, or high way separation fence. It also can be made into gabion box for preventing floods.
