TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:
This machine is used for crushing high hardness ores or other solid material for component analysis continuously or intermittently.
The unit is especially suitable for sample preparation work in the laboratory of industrials of nonferrous metal, metallurgy, chemic, environment-friendly department, scientific research and so on.

Working principle:
After starting the motor, triangle belt and motor belt wheel will drive the belt wheel and eccentric shaft to rotate, the movable jaw and movable jaw plate will do periodic movement, when the material passes through the no-rebound hopper and enters into crushing chamber, then the movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate crush the material by friction.

Usage and maintenance:
Before starting the machine
*Check the lubrication status of the bearings, and make sure the driving parts and the joints of support parts are applied enough grease;
*Make sure all fasteners are properly tightened;
*Check whether the triangle belt is good, please replace it if any damage. And make sure both the belt and belt wheel are clean without any grease dirt;
*Make sure the crushing chamber is clean without any mineral or other material;
*Make sure all protective device are in good condition, and eliminate the unsafe hidden dangers;
Trial running of crusher:
*Start the equipment only if the whole machine are confirmed in good condition after inspection;
*The equipment is only allowed to be started without loading;
*Make trial start, and make sure the belt wheel rotation direction as the same as the signs on the shell;
*Till the equipment is running smooth, then feed the material to start crushing;
*After starting, if there is any abnormal situation, please stop the machine immediately; find out the cause and repair, then restart the machine;
