Application:
The machine are mainly used in manufacturing insulation of Cat5, 5e, 6 LAN cable with polyolefin and various UL Hook-up wires with PVC. Apply to all kinds of BV, BVR, BVN, RV, Nylon sheath, low smoke zero halogen environment protection construction wiring. The machine consts of pay-off, drawning, main extruder, control cabinet, printer, coiling trough, accumulator, capstan, take-up etc. The single/ double reel pay-off, PLC control system, laser diameter gauge, core.
