1. Deionization System
The system is to remove Ca, Mg and other ions from the water, so the useful life of high pressure components will be prolonged.
2. Auto Abrasive Delivery System
It is to provide a great convenience to users whose main functions are auto abrasive delivering and lack of abrasive warning. Be of simple structure, simplified operation and easy maintenance, using air pressure to deliver abrasive from the Bulk feed abrasive hopper to mini hopper above cutting head.
3. Dynamic Hight Adjustment System
When cutting head meets something higher, the contact terminal will be up accordingly. At the same time, proximity switch starts to work with displacement sensor which is connected with contact terminal to send signals to superordination industrial PC and the superordination industrial PC will send out corresponding signal to servomotor on Z axis to push the cutting head up.
4. Five-Axis Dynamic Cutting Head
There are two more rotation axes added on the original three-axis X Y Z table, which can make the cutting head rotate in any direction. For the purpose of high precise no taper cutting, cone-shaped, circular arc, rotating curved surface, tilting cutting and beveling, the five-axis waterjet is a must.
