this machine is to put the IC chip module into the milled cavities.

control through PC, Sensor with servo motor conveying card sheet, embedding the IC module.Apply to embed the IC module in milled card.
1. Card transferring, IC gluing, hot welding cold welding, IC module testing in one machine.
2. Cards transferred through belt driven by servo motor ensure the safety and stability of the machine.
3. IC module testing system, ensure no damaged module embedded.
4. Servo motor working with high precise guider, IC Module position can be changed easily.
5. Hot welding then cold welding, temperature is adjustable.
6. Cold-welding make the chip, glue and card cooling and fixing quickly
7. Self-checking function ensure bad chip will not be embedded.
