Product Description

Features: Removes dirt, gum and varnish deposits on moving and sealing surfaces of engine carburetors, heat valves and automatic chokes. Can be used on running engines. Contains no lead, phosphorous, silicone or alcohol. Will not harm oxygen sensors, catalytic converters or fuel injection systems.

Applications

Any city or county garage or bus barn, car dealer, farmer, any fleet operator such as taxi cab company, concrete truck fleet, over the road trucks, or maintenance shop.

Directions: Always hold can in an upright position during use. Remove cap and insert extension tube into spray tip. Carburetor: Remove the air cleaner assembly. Run engine at fast idle. Spray all linkages, bowls, chambers, floats, jets and setting screws. Deposits will dissolve and flush away. Choke: While opening and closing choke by hand, spray both ends of valve shaft. If choke is not completely free after this procedure, remove choke cover and start engine. With engine running, spray cleaner in vacuum cylinder until choke operates freely.

FCV valve: After disconnecting valve hose, spray cleaner directly into PCV valve. Start engine, run for one or two minutes then shut engine off. Spray valve once more and reconnect hose. Heat valve: Spray cleaner into open end of valve shaft. After allowing spray to penetrate, move valve up and down. Repeat until valve moves freely. Other uses: Frees heat risers by dissolving build up around shaft.
