Product Description
Chrome Free Lignosulfonate has been widely used in drilling fluid as thinner/ disperant with it's properties of high temperature resistance at 150ºC, non-toxic and anti-electrolytes performance. It is compatible with other admixture agents thus suitable applied to the all kinds of WBM. It's Chromium heavy metal free character makes it environmentally friendly. CFL also has Good Fluid Loss Control Properties, making the mud cake smooth and compressible, thus beneficial for well bore protection and fluid loss reduction under high-pressure condition. Moreover, it can resist contamination by calcium, magnesium and sodium electrolytes, making it an ideal thinning agent for heavy weight mud.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
A range of 0.5 to 1.0% dosage is recommended in WBM. Under special circumstances such as high solid and metal electrolytes content, a slight increase in dosage is recommended but not to exceed 2.0%.
