Scope of applicatin: Used as gathering connection wire of the equipment circuit which needs to move back and forth or up-and-down, AC voltage 300/750V or DC voltage 6V-1000V and below, such as telephone spiral cable, computer spiral wire, plug-in unit of electronic equipment spiral cable, auto spiral wire, trailer retractable cable, retractable connection wire, etc.
Product characteristics: Good flexibility and elasticity (extension length could be 3.5-4 times of the original). Good cold resistance, flame retardance, oil and wear resistance. We can produce different kinds of spiral wires according to specific application conditions and requirements.
Conductor structure: Single strand or multi-strand copper wire (or tinned copper wire).
Insulation material: May be PVC, polyethylene, polypropylene or called linked polyethylene, fluoroplastic, to meet the requirements of different conditions.
Sheathing material: Generally use flexible polyurethane material.
Operating temperature: According to the customer's requirements, cold residence: -65 degrees, heat residence: 80 degrees, 105 degrees, 125 degrees.
Production range: The standard cross-section: 0.12 to 4 square mm2(special specifications can be produced according to customer's requirements ).
