Xiangfeng Special Paper Co., Ltd., founded in 2004, is the wholly owned subsidiary company of Jianhongda Industrial Group by restructuring Longhui papermaking company and Zijiang papermaking company. Located in the hometown of Weiyuan, a famous historic people who was the first person to open eyes to see the world, the company is a medium-sized enterprise that was appointed to produce cigarette paper by central government, and it is also the permanent member of National Cigarette Paper Association. The company covers an area of 3, 68000 square meters, with the amount of 360 workers. It has six fourdrinier paper machines which are equipped with pulp, water, electricity and air supplying systems, of which the production capacity is 28000 tons, the sales income has amounted to RMB 360 million Yuan and annual profit and tax have amounted to above RMB 40 million Yuan.

The company began to produce cigarette paper at 1974, passed ISO9001: 2000 quality control system authentication, established perfect quality control system as well as after-sale service system.

The main products include cigarette paper, plug wrap paper, . The products sell to more than 50 cigarette factories and cigarette material enterprises, and also export to some countries of Southeast Asia like Vietnam.

To adapt to the development of tobacco industry, in Sep. 2006, the company has invested RMB 280 million yuan to introduce the most advanced and top grade technology and equipment of cigarette paper from Germany, French, American and other countries. with annual production of 8000 tons, the newly constructed high grade cigarette paper project (6# machine) possesses advanced technology, exquisite equipment and excellent quality of product. It finished cigarette paper sample-making on 12 Sept, 2008 and planed to do the mass production in December, 2008. At that time, the products will achieve international advanced level.
