Product Describe
Myande live drying tower is specially designed for the drying application of heat-sensitive materials. Complete with custom designed agitation device, it features instant material temperature rise and proper maintenance of material activity. Fully automatically controlled operation mode ensures effective control of temperature and air amount in the drying process. Technical advantages include large capacity and reduced power and steam consumption
Product Features And Characteristics
1. Incorporating inverter controlled inserted feeder to ensure even feeding, flexible adjustment of feeding rate, and easy installation and maintenance.
2. Complete with level sensors interlocked with feeder to provide automatic and manual level adjustment, accurate control of material deck height and drying time, and to ensure round-the-clock continuous operation.
3. Complete with thermometers for real-time inspection of material drying temperature and sight-glass with cleaning scrapers.
4. Adopting stainless steel dome design to achieve instant air-speed reduction for minimizing dust emission, material loss, long working life.
5. Designed with dense air holes and agitation arms on the disk achieving even and complete heat exposure.
6. Incorporating tailor-made thrust spherical roller bearing ensuring steady running, easy lubrication, and long reducer working life.
