CNC Single-column Vertical Lathe
1. Description
1.1. This series lathe is CNC single-column vertical lathe aimed at processing inner round and outer round of large work piece and plane.
1.2. The lathe is suitable for high-speed steel and hard alloy steel cutter, processing black metal, non-ferrous metal and some non-metallic materials.
1.3. The following process can be finished with the lathe: Rough and fine turning of the inner and outer cylinder, plane and conical surface, grooving, severing and simple surface.
2. Main structure
2.1. Machine tool: The main parts of the machine tool ( lathe bed, base, workbench, beam, vertical slide rest, side tool box, feed box, main drive gear box) are made of high-strength cast iron, casted by resin sand technology.
2.2. Main drive: The rotation of workbench is drove by main electrical machine, gear slowing down and electromagnet speed changing system to implement speed regulation.
2.3. Vertical slide and feed mechanism of the vertical slide: The material quality of RAM is HT250. Its mechanical character is very good.
2.4. Workbench base structure: Workbench adopts long spindle structure. Radial direction adopts high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearings centering.
2.5. Beam: Beam clamps and loosens by a drift. The clamp is implemented by hydraulic pressure.
2.6. The hydraulic pressure system: The main control originals of the hydraulic pressure system come from the products of famous manufactures at home and abroad. The performance is reliable.
2.7. Lubrication of machine tool: The machine tool will offer oil automatically to lubricate the beam and the movement parts concentratedly at specified time.
2.8. Machine tool protection: The movement parts of the machine tool have a full range of security chain and interlock.
2.9. Electrical apparatus control system:
A) Power source: Three phase current 380V± 10%, 50Hz
B) The electrical design of the machine tool is in line with international general design standard.

Plastic cloth for the first layer, canvas for the second layer, and packing with wooden case at last, together with pallet on the bottom of wooden box.

1. The full machine warranty is 1 year
2. If there is something wrong with the CNC auto lathe, the after-sale service personnel will reach the buyer within the specified time to determine fault, and remove it.
