The Models CK6150 are CNC Lathes designed for carrying out the operations of extemal turning,intemal turning,facing,taper turing,profile turning and cutting of metric&Whitwarth threads,etc:The cutting cycle of a component is completed automatically on the machine.Their spindle works at an infinitely variable speed under the control of a frequency converter.
1.Upon request,the machine can be equipped with a Siemens CNC system or a Fanuc CNC system.
2.The machine can be arranged with a pneumatic chuck,a hydraulic chuck or any other options as is required by the user.

Established in 1985, with over 20 years of history, we are a private owned enterprise professional in producing machine tools.
Our company owns an old factory and a new one. Old factory, covering area of 52 Mu (1 Mu=666 Square Meter), and workshop area of 15, 000 square meter, holds fixed asset of 15 million RMB, more than 50 sets of large-scale and precise equipments, such as Double Haas Planner, Plano-miller, Plano-slider Grinder of Peripheral Grinding, NC Boring Lathe and etc., furthermore, more than 80 sets of metal-cutting machines, such as turning, milling, planning, grinding and so on. With annual output of 3000 sets in 6 models of C6136A\C6136C\C6136D\C6132\C6140\C6150 and NC series, we have sells whole China.
Locating in Yandu District Industry Zone, Yancheng, our New Factory, occupies 108 Mu, and possesses registered capital of 10 million RMB. Starting factory construction in 2006, investing 40 million RMB in civil engineering, finishing workshop of 30, 000 square meters, till Aug. 2007, starting installation of equipment in Nov. 2007, and running from Jan. 2008, we are focusing manufacture of NC Lathe, NC Vertical Miller, Vertical CNC and Environment Protection Machines.
Our New Factory faces with Yandu Ave. ---the longest and widest road in urban area, far from Yancheng Airport in 10 kilometers, 2_3 kilometers to Yanhuai, Yanning and Yanhai National Highway, 3 kilometers to Yancheng Railway Station and Yancheng Municipal Government Office Building too, all this contributes our location as "gold place" with much convenient traffic.
In spite of exportation, we are also dealing with importation of technologies and equipments etc., we are also able to undertake production with clients' samples, drawings etc.
