Product Description
DTCN CNC/flame/plasma cutting machine adopt advanced technology at home and abroad. It is specially designed for metallic structure processing, and it is high- efficient in working. It can cut transversely, longitudinal or at any position of arc curve. It has high precise and little transfiguration. This machine has reasonable structure, easy operated and advanced technics.
This series of cutting machine is of gantry structure. All the structure members are annealed, shot-blasted integrally and painted. Guide-rails on the frame are treated with high-frequency quenching, then ground and paneled together.
The advantage is: Good rigidity, high precision, stable structure and so on. Linear triple-torch, infinite-revolving triple torch and plasma torch can be equipped based on customer requirement. Torch elevation unit is adopted with ball-bearing guide-way, which can elevate automatically or manually. Also auto-ignition function is available. Based on customer choice, tube and cable arrangement can be hanging-type or drag-chain type.
