The beem and bracket is adopted with big box welding structure, attractive appearance. The bracket adopts low center of gravity door structure, symmetrical structure and stability. All the welding should be eliminated stress, ensure the integral rigidit and perfect dynamic balance of the equipment.
Longitudinal and transverse transmission is using rack and gear engagement, servo drive. Longitudinal and transverse drive are both equipped with import of planetary reducer. The transverse transmission is using steel belt drive.It can realize the same direction cutting and mirror cutting in the master-slave cutting torch. Ensure the running accuracy of equipment.
Longitudinal guide rail is made of U71Mn high strength heavy rail. The top surface and the two side are precision machined by special purpose grinder.
