Product Description
Products of this series adopt horizontal flat lathe with whole bed casting structure, lathe bed, lathe head, lathe saddles, lathe legs and other basic parts are all cast with resin sand, valid artificial treatment makes the whole lathe with good stability;
· Guide rail of lathe adopts supersonic quenching, rail joint surface of the saddle and sliding plate adopts "laminating" handling, removable parts make it possible for micro feed to avoid creeping;
· Spindle adopts three-point design, high turning precision, good vibration resistance, higher cutting performance, and the main drive adopts four gears to change speed and no grade to change frequency, with features of low speed with high torque;
· Reasonable match has been conducted for the rigidity of the bed, spindle and tailstock and other key parts, which greatly improves the rigidity of the machine, and makes sure the stability in heavy cutting;
· Lathes of this series can be applied in shaft and plate parts processing, and can automatically cut thread, arc, cone, inner and outer curved surfaces of the revolving body and other processes;
