We created our brands-"TERY" and "WEIX" for different processing performance. "WEIX" series is a good start of processing Steel with HRC 45 and "TERY" is for processing hardness of HRC 55 and HRC 65. Both of these series include Solid carbide Square end mills, Carbide ball nose end mills and Corner radius end mills, carbide drills, reamers, carbide rods, chucks and other nonstandard cutting tools.
Our end mills are made from the carefully selected raw materials from audited suppliers. And then processed by advanced CNC grinding machines from Germany WALTER, Austrial ANCA. A precision test is also applied on each tool to control the quality and precision.
AlTIN coating is coated on each tool in order to increase the cutting life as well as reaching a better processing performance. "WEIX" / "TERY" logo and tool specification are leased on the shank of each tool. Alternatively, to customise your own brand is also accepted for OEM orders.
High safety of packaging is the last step of manufacturing before we deliver to customers. Each tool is packed individually in a transparent tube, light but can sustain any damage during shipping. The smart design of square shape can easily save your storage space.
For each order, T/T in advance is necessary for risk reducing. For shipping, DHL, EMS is decided by our customer. And you can also find local shipping agency to get tools for you. We will be always here to help you with any needs.
