Introduction Hoosun provides both machineries and whole production lines for coating manufacturers. The coatings include oil based and water based such as vinyl paint, acrylic paint, chlorinated rubber paint, alkyd paint, epoxy paint, polyurethane paint, phenolic resin coating etc. Hoosun has years experience in providing coating complete equipment, and has supplied such projects for a number of well-known coating companies. We have mastered the technology of powder and liquid automatic feeding system, color paste tinting system, automatic filling system and automatic control system. And we have also made an outstanding breakthrough in the field of grinding. Up to now we have developed many new grinding machines which significantly improve the grinding fineness and efficiency. We provide whole plant delivery, sub-contractor business for general contractor, factory renovation, production expansion, project management consulting services, scheme design services to solve the difficulties in coatings production thoroughly. Production Process Water-based coatings'production process mainly includes material dosing, dispersing, grinding, mixing, filtering and filling. Material dosing and conveying: liquid dosing normally applies flow meters and pumps. Powder dosing uses weighing system and gas conveying. Addtives dosing is mostly by weights and measure, agravity conveying. Material dispersing: the first step of making dispersion paste. The powder will be dispersed quickly and uniformly into the liquid by the high speed disperser, thus form a white homogenious paste without agglomeration. Material Grinding: The second step of making dispersion paste. Currently, we apply horizontal bead mills for this procedure. Its capacity is larger and efficiency is higher. Color mixing: this is completed through a single shaft or multi-shafts mixing vessel. By adding emulsion, color paste or addtives to the finished dispersion paste, it will mix them into a uniform paste. Filtering: filter the impurities by bag filter or self-cleaning filter. Material filling: fill the filtered product, filling quantity is normally 10-25kg. Semi-automatic filling and full-automatic filling is optional.
