Product Description

INSTRUCTION:

BOSTE15004Emulsion Asphalt Plant is an intelligent plant, which has automatic mixing system controlled by PLC system.

 It is used for the common emulsion asphalt. In the interface, we can input the proportion of quantity of the asphalt and the emulsion, 

so the PLC system could adjust the content of the emulsified asphalt based on controlling the rotate speed of the bitumen pump and the emulsion pump, 

so that it can manufacture the qualified product through the automatic mixing system and its deviation value is below 1%. It is one of the most advanced modified emulsion asphalt plant.
