Product Description
Chain grate assembly is a mechanical coal burning equipment used for coal fired steam boilers and thermal oil boilers. Chain grate coal-fired boilers mainly use chain grate as combustion equipment for burning. By using moving grate to complete continuous coal feeding, burning out and deslagging, such burning device is called chain grate. It is the most commonly used stratified combustion equipment.
Burning process
Coal falls from coal hopper to chain grate, with the moving grate. Coal seam thickness is adjusted by coal gate. Air required for combustion is fed by the lower grate. Grate is driven by chains of front axle gear, and gradually moves backwards. Coal was brought to the furnace, and gradually ignites, combusts,then burns out and finally exhausts into the back ash bucket.
Chain grate assembly consists of three parts, driven grate bar,driving grate bar and grate pin.
