Product Description
1. The automatic dry presses of Series A are mechanical presses for producing parts of complicated shapes which are technically difficult to produce. The tonnage range are now from 6 ton to 100 ton available.
2. Mechanical operation, and therefore high stroke rate, ensures enconomically efficient production, Continuously variable drive by means of frequency inverter with pneumatic brake and clutch unit, Die plate can support high loads in pressing position
3. Compaction by the withdrawal method by positively controlled die. Continuously adjustable top pressing ensures maximum uniformity of density. High withdrawal force guarantees perfect ejection even for compacts with high friction along the wall
4. There are protective withdrawal function allowing the products out of the die cavity with upper punch softly on it so that cracks due to expansions is eliminated
5. Underfill/overfill function are either realized in tool adaptor or on the press machinery
6. All pressing movements are adjustable by crank handles or motorized. Pressing travel, withdrawal travel, top pressing travel are infinitely variable with visual scales.
7. Inching, adjust, single cycle, continuous operation are possible.
8. Tool adaptors can be slid in, which results in simple operation, short tool setting time and long operable time.
9. Tool adaptor systems for individual applicationa with 2 upper and 3 lower platen adaptor available. The height of press column can be realized for installing the multi-platen tool adaptor.
10. Digital pressing force monitor and display device are equipped, peak and valley forces can be set.
11. Safety guard according to latest CE specifications. Clutch equipped with pneumatic control valve, which complies with CE safety rules.
12. Dwelling time can be set in pressing position and the pressure holding on the products can be realized.
13. Forced spray lubricating system for the motion parts of the machine automatically and alarming system is available for the jam of oil filter.
14. All operation sequences are controlled by PLC combined with encoder, Setting and displaying are through touch screen. Expansion of PLC and pneumatic controlling are possible.
15. There are under pressure alarming functions for pneumatic system.
