Water Production Line Details

1.PET preform and PE cap injection machine
To produce the PET preform for bottle blowing at next step.And it can also make PE caps and be used on the filling machine.
If you have other plastic product you want to produce,you may also use this machine,like plastic toys,tools,food box,forks and spoons,etc.

2.PET bottle blowing machine
Blow and form the PET bottle from the preform,prepare bottles for the filling line.
We have different model for both automatic blowing machine and semiautomatic machine,different capacity from 300-13000 bottle/hour.To meet the requirement of filling machine.

3.Water purifying system
To purify the water from the source,make the water clean and meet the drinking water standard.

To purify the water and remove the main bad material from water.
-2.Reverse Osmosis machine
To remove almost 98% unneeded substance from water,to make it pure enough.
-3.UV sterilizer
Further to kill the bad micro in the water.
