Product Description
1. The sheds and the sleeves are produced with the full automatic jet molding technology.
2. The anchor clamp is specially notched and the thickness of notch keeps consistent to prevent point discharge.
3. The anchor clamp is compacted with the impacting technology at internationally advanced level.
4. He zinc-oxide coating is applied to the anchor clamp with the hot dip galvanizing technology with lanthanide aluminum to prevent the falloff as compacting.
5. Owing to the advanced compacting technology, all the bresks just happen to the round sods at the destructive test of sampling performed by customers.
6. The theory of aerodynamics is adopted to the design of the shed.
7. The thicness of the sleeve is eaual or more 5mm with a consistent thickness, reaching the international standard of IEC.
8. The ECR high temperature strngthened acid-resistant core rod is applied.
9. The top is sealed with the high-pressure injection sealing technology with high temperature sulfidation glue to pergorm three-coat protection and make the sealing performance of the anchor clamp top more reliable.
10. The hydrophobicity of the products made of imported raw materials reaches Class HC1.
Produce Capability
The full automatic silicon-rubber jet molding machine, the numerial control two-stage vulcanizing machine, the compacting machine made in Finland, the sound emission detecting instrument made in American Physical Acoustics Corporation and the the 1, 000kV power fequency and 1, 350kV sharp-edged wave impact testing instruments are at domestically advanced level for the production and detection of 10kV-500kVcomposite insulators and ensure to produce 150, 000 insulators per year. Moldels of creepage extension sheds and different voltage (below220kV) of composite insultors for the electric railway can be produced here. Cooperated with Tsinghua University, Power Scientific Insutitute and well-known rubber companies on good quality and remarkabls performance.
In July 2004, with Tsinghua University, China Power Science Academy, and Gansu Power Design Institute, the company developed flexible spacer and V-type compact line-use composite insulators. This can largely reduce the use of land and cost.
In February 2005, we got the KEMA test certificate of 5000haging test. This shows the Chinese insulator products have stepped into a new stage in both process and quality.
On May 20th, 2005, our company becomes the first that is attested by China Railway Commodity Center (CRCC).
