Our professional QC process.
1. Bulk fabric will be checked for weight, color-shading, shrinkage, composition, hand-feeling, tearing strength etc. Also washing test will be sample out to check color fastness. After bulk fabric confirmed, we will then continue with PP sample.
2. After getting PP sample, we will do washing test again to make sure everything thing is OK for bulk.
3. We will do inspection to check every detail before every time we send sample to our customer.
4. During production, we have 1 professional QC for every 10 workers.
5. The products could only be permitted to be shipped after final inspection.
