Main components:
1.Air End
The air end is imported from Germany.Applying brass wire winding, the host has many advantages such as small starting current, strong power, and constant work pressure.It can be adapted to different volts,such as AC 380V, DC 12V/24V/48V/220V.
2.Compression assembly
The host can work over 5000 hours continuously.With German design of flow stress releasing structure, connecting rod can effectively reduce the impact of compressed air and timely release the instant impact, reduce the damage of high pressure pulse force to the bearings.
3.Bearing
With SKF double row automatic selfaligning bearing, the host can withstand high radial load, optimize roller and raceway's contact contour and can be more effective in reducing the bearing temperature rise.With high temperature resistant external insulation sealing, it makes that the bearing always work in a state of constant temperature.
4.Air Tank
Adopting oneime diecasting molding process, internal and external automatic welding with nitrogen protection, internal nitridation anticorrosive process, ensure internal weld without impurities accumulating, compressed air tasteless emissions.
5.Radiotube
Imported Germany electromagnetic valve is adopted, which can effective and timely to relief and prevent the recoil the high pressure gas gives to the exhaust valve, ensure that the host start under no pressure and prolong the service life of the exhaust gate.
6.Imported sealing ring
Wearresisting double imported materials ensure no air leakage, and can be resistant to high temperature of 400 °C.The highest working pressure can reach 8bar, the service life in work environment of high temperature and high pressure can reach 5000 hours.
