Performance
1 Significantly effect, the strength of pressure under the same situation is 1D≥ 125%-140% 3D≥ 120%-130% 7D≥ 110%, and it would increase in the later period, the strength of 28D is higher than standard concrete obviously.
2 Shorten the construction cycle, increase the rate of model turnover 30-50%.
3 Improve the workability of concrete, increase the performance of anti-permeability and anti-freezing.
4 Non-toxic, fireproof, no corrosion to the steel and other substances, not including chloride.
Usage
1 The required quantity is 1-3% of the cement, the usual quantity is 2%.
2 Mix methods: Mix together, mix later and mix in several times. Usually mix together, that is mix the product and cement, then mix with Aggregate then add water to agitate. The time of agitating should prolong 30-60s.
Package and store
1 The standard of package is 50kg/bag
2 Store at the dry and ventilation place, prevent being wet.
3 Best using in a year after producted, it should match and test if it is over one year.
Precaution:
1 Refer from the specification of products to match and test the mixed concrete at first, if you change the cement, please test again to make sure the quality of the construction.
2 Control the quantity of materials, water, mix agent accurately.
3 If the agitating materials are porous bone, it should add water first, then mix the hardening accelerator.
4 Better to take the machinery to agitate. If the worker do it, please prolong the agitating time to make sure uniform
5 As the methods to agitate, transport, grout are the same with ordinary concrete.
6 Please follow referent standards to conserve.
