Product Description
Twin Screw Extruder:
1. SJZ series conical twin-screw extruder is suitable for all types of PVC powder extrusion of special equipment.
2. Equipped with different molds and auxiliary equipment. It can produce all kind of PVC plastic pipes, profiles, plates, sheets, bars, and granulation.
3. Screw with oil cooling system. Barrel with special air cooling system. System uses special computer-controlled.
4. The different formulations according to user requirements, preparation of structure, the most reasonable screw in order to achieve the best quality plastics and logistics status.
5. Introduced the most advanced variable pitch, variable depth of screw design, thrust bearings especially increased use of imported bearings, transmission of high life expectancy can be subjected to greater pressure extrusion.
6. Maximize the use of imported original electrical system, and has a number of fault alarm, fault less easy to exclude.
