Shwitcom's chopped copper fibre, brass fibre are specially developed irregular fibre powder. Lower melting point and hardness, better heat conductivity compared with steel fibre allows them hundreds of application in friction industry to stabilize friction factor and reduce wear. Druing braking process, heat-sinking capacity is greatly improved since metal softening process absorbs most heat from braking, and the softened metal could infiltrate brake surface squamosely to replace part of burnt binder, this improves braking capacity and prevent metal hot spot.
Shwitcom's copped copper fibre, brass fibre are in accordance with common international standards, they are widely used in brake manufacturing of motorcycles, automobiles, trains and planes.
Since the early 2002, Shwitcom has been focusing on and specialised in manufacturing and marketing of low carbon steel wire fibres and cut sheet steel fibers.
The normal specification available in our factory is hooked end steel fibre and crimped steel fibre, also we are able to meet customers' requirement for different tensile strength, shape and other detailed specification.
