Copper wire mesh (copper wire cloth) can be divided into two kinds according to materials: brass wire mesh, purple copper wire mesh, phosphor copper wire mesh, etc.
1.brass wire mesh(brass wire cloth):
material: brass, we have 65 brass(the brass proportion is 65%, the zinc proportion is 35% ), 80 brass(the brass proportion is 80%, the zinc proportion is 20%)., etc.
mesh: 6mesh/inch,----160mesh/inch.
Brass wire mesh (cloth) and phosphor bronze wire mesh (wire cloth) are frequently used as sieving and filtering materials in screening pellet, powder, porcelain clay and glass, chinaware printing, filtering liquid and gas. Brass wire mesh and wire cloth possess greater strength than copper wire mesh or bronze wire mesh. Copper wire cloth finds wide usage in traveling water screens, radio frequency interference shielding, sugar and marine applications.
2.purple copper wire mesh
material: purple copper wire(pure copper proportion 99.8%)
feature: non-magnetism, and be able to bear the grind.
Usage: filtrate electron beam and electron display screen, etc.

3. phosphor copper wire mesh
material: phosphor copper wire (copper proportion 85%--90%, tin proportion is (5%-15%)
