Boot lever: Popular double hinged boot lever will help you to open cork stopper very easily and fast.
Worm: Teflon and S/S worm for your option, the end of worm will be 100% in the same direction which will help you a lot when you screw worm into the cork stopper. The worm will be not deformed even several years using which benefits from strict heat treatment.
Spring: All of our springs uses BaoSteel spring steel with 100% heat treatment in order to get good springiness
Assembly process: In order to get perfect finished corkscrew, stable process is necessary, for corkscrew, riveting is extremely important, we use imported riveter in order to control the riveting torque and height strictly. Our worm / knife / double hinged boot lever will be not loose even several years using which benefits exactly from the consistent riveting process.
