Product Description
Corrugated Metal Gaskets are made of thin metal sheet formed in concentric rings. They may be used with jointing compound or with a cord cemented into the corrugations. These are essentially line contact gaskets with the corrugations providing mechanical support to the compound or cord filling.
Core Metal Material: Copper, Aluminum, Brass, Stainless Steel, Monel and so on.
Soft Sealing Surface Material: Flexible Graphite, Expanded PTFE etc.

Corrugation provides multi-seals across the face of the gasket. Designed for applications to 35 bar. Pitch of the corrugations can be nominally 3mm or 6mm. Three concentric corrugations on each side of the gasket are the recommended standard. Where practical a flat area should be left on each side of the corrugations
