Product Description

MWK Kettle series main used for mixing of cleanser essence, shampoo, bath foam, washing liquid and so on, and also used for mixing form is liquid--liquid, liquid--cream.

The pot cover and the stirring system takes the form of quto-move-up-and-down. The material in water pot and oil pot is sucked into emulsifying pot in vacuum by transmission pipes. The emulsifying pot is designed to be tilted over in case to dump products. The material can be heated by electrical heater with help of head conductive medium it can also heated by gasi. The heat temp. Can be set and automatically controlled. Material cooling is available. It is easy to operate. There is temperature-keeping sheet between inner and out sheath. Different stirring modes can be used simultaneously or individually. All the process of crushing, emulsifying, mixing, stirring and dispersing can be accomplished within a short time. The area touching working mmaterial is made of stainless. With inner surface polished, the vacuum stirring equipment meets the need of hygiene and manufactured in accordance with GMP standard. It is best for the production of ointment, cream, etc.
Working theory
The materials are heated and mixed in water pot and oil pot to be fully reacted. Sucked into emulsifying pot by vacuum pump, the materials are stirred by both the center blade and side scraper, which works on the inner surface of pot keeping stirring material from being stuck onto the wall. In the process of blade-stirring, the materials are continuously crushed, pressed, folded. Then, the materials are sent to the cut-off mixing unit where they are again cut off, broken and stirred by the strong interaction between running cutting wheel and cutting sheath. The materials are finally crushed into small pellets of 200mm-2um. Besides, because of the vacuum in emulsifying pot, the bubbles generated during stirring and mixing process are sucked out from material.
