Hammer crusher is primary crushing equipment which could crush the materials from 600-1800mm to 20mm or smaller in once. It is applied to cement, chemicals, electric power, metallurgy and so on industries middle hardness materials such as limestone, slag, carbon coke, coal and so on materials middling and fine crushing.
This series hammer crusher is small volume, light, simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, high crushing ratio, low over-crushing ratio, average final product particle size, high capacity and so on characters. It is applied to crush brittleness, middle hardness, strength of pressure-resistant is 150MPa each kinds of materials. The hammer crusher feature hammer head adopt new craftsmanship casting, wear-resistant and impact-resistant.

Hammer crusher working principle
Hammer crusher is crushing equipment utilize impact energy to crush materials. When the chine works, with the driving of motor, rotator rotate fast, materials enter the hammer area, hit with the hammer board, then it will throw to impact device for further crushing, and later whipped back to the hammer area to repeat crushing, repeat this procedure, the material from big size to small size enter 1, 2 and 3 impact mouth repeat crushing until its reach your required particle size and discharge from output opening. To adjust the spacing between impact frame and rotor can change the discharging size and shape of the materials.
