                                                                    Crane machinery


Crane machinery consisted with gantry frame(main girder, legs, bottom end beams), lifting mechanism, travelling mechanism, and electrical control.

It is used matching with CD1 or MD1 electric hoist, is a light small crane with rail travelling.

Widely used in workshop, storage, port and hydroelectric power station and some other outdoor place,
where it has a low frequency or few lifting times.

Mechanical part of crane machinery

Main girder is used of U template and range of welding surface into the composite beams
Use the high quality carbon steel of Q235B or Q345B
The main girder and end beams are connected with the high strength bolt of 10.9 grade.
The Crane travelling mechanism uses trinity drive.

Preventing hook clashing the top.
Circuit self-test protection device.

Double girder gantry crane :

Design and manufacture according to GB/T 14406 "General gantry crane".
Mainly made up of bridge, trolley, crane traveling mechanism and electric system.
