Slewing ring can accommodate axial, radial and moment loads acting single or in combination and in any direction. They are not mounted in a housing or on a shaft, but directly to a seating surface. The inner and outer ring are supplied with mounting holes. Both rings may have integral gears. They are also referred to as slewing rings and tabletop bearings. Slewing ring bearing can perform oscillating (slewing) as well as rotating movements. They may be used without gears or with internal or external gears. Following the drawing of customers' design.

Brief machines and intruments: 5meter 4 meter 2.5meter 1.6meter huge vertical lathes, 5meter huge teeth-miller 3.5meter universal grinder and 80mm radial drill and so on.

Our company manufactures various kinds of slewing bearing for different applications, such as stacker reclaimer, lade turret, offshore crane, medical equipments, engineering machinery, mineral machinery, windmill, steel mill, etc. The types we produce include:

Inner and outer rings: GCr15(SAE52100, 100Cr6), 45# (C45), 50Mn, 42CrMo(42CrMoV);
Seal: NBR, VITON;

Grease: Ca+ base, Li+ base grease (Such as Shell, Kluber, Chevlon etc. -- We can use the grease as per customer's instructions);
Packaging: Plywood case, plywood pallet, iron pallet.
