Stone Crushing Plant Features
WHITELAI manufactures various equipments for a whole set of stone production line, and provides complete technical support for customers from line design, ground drawing, installation and commissioning etc.
The whole production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, electric control, etc. We design different production lines ranging 50 t/h to 500 t/h by combining different models of equipment which can match cone crusher, de-duster, etc.
Our Crushing plants are widely used for crushing hard limestone, granite, basalt, gravel, metallurgic slag, etc. Or artificial sand making for hydroelectric power, building material, highway, city construction, etc. Different models of machines are combined to meet different customers' different demands according to different craft requirements.
Process of Stone Crushing Plant:
Big materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. After first crush, the material will transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; The crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the parts that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to customer's specific requirement. We can also equip dust catcher system to protect environment.
