Product Description
The supplier provide the nitrogen generator equipment use the method of deep temperature air separation for separating the air to get nitrogen.
The simple flow as follows:
The air after compressed \through the air filter to clean the impurity. Then be compressed to some pressure by compressor, goes into the the air cooling unit 8, Then it enter the Molecular sieve purification system removal of water\Carbon dioxide and most of the hydrocarbons.
Then into the rectification column, the air goes into the main heat exchanger to exchang the heat with return air, after heat exchang the air goes into the lower of the column to rectify, get the air liquid from the down column and the nitrogen from the top nitrogen.
When the air liquid were sucked in the subcooler, throttle into the cool evaporator as cool source, to exchang the heat with nitrogen which from the middle column, as the air liquid be evaporated, the nitrogen be cooled, the cool nitrogen liquid almost to take part of rectify as return liquid, the small part of product goes into the liquid tank, the into the nitrogen liquid tank.
After the product nitrogen extracted from the upper column then goes into the exchanger outlet to the nitrogen compress system then to the user, the cool equipment needs supplied by the turbo expander with two units.
The air extracted from the main cool goes into the main cool and blow mian heat exchanger return to the same temperature then into the expander to refrigeration, after that the air goes into the main exchanger to exchang the heat with the drag flow, the air were cooled off. When the the air return the air temperature, the air were discharge out of column, as the rebirth air for purification, together with the air to compress system then to the user.
The Molecular sieve purification system make up with two full of molecular sieve vesseles. One is work, the other is for rebirthing.
When the nitrogen generator stop, can start the liquid nitrogen pump to compress, when the whole of is power failure it can goes into medium voltage liquid niterogen tank, then through the gasifier return to the air temperature into the medium voltage gas tank then to user.
