Product Description

Working Principle
Relying on principle of refrigeration dehumidfication, refrigeration compressed air dryer makes heat exchange for the wet and hot compressed air through evaporator. It makes the vapor water in the compredded air condense into liquid water and exhaust it out of the machine through moisture separator.
Technical Features
Guarantee equipment can operate normally under the environmental temperature of 50º C;
Heat exchanger adopts contercurrent design, with high heat exchange rate and small volume;
Steam separator adopts three-level separation way with patent design: Direct impact type separation+low-speed centrifugal separation +stainless steel cloth fog separator, and it separates 99.9%liquid water from cooled compressed air, so as to prevent secondary evaporation of water, so as to ensure low dew point quality of finished product gas;
