We forms a special pressure vessel production line with vehicle-use CNG & LNG cylinders as the leading products. Having a complete production line with a yearly production capacity of 100,000 CNG cylinders, the cylinder production includes the entire series of CNG cylinders of volume 45-230L and diameter ø325mm,ø356mm and ø 406mm. For LNG, there are 3 main production lines. LNG Line 1 has a yearly production capacity of 30,000 LNG cylinders, and cylinder production includes 150-500L and diameter ø500mm,ø550mm and ø 600mm. LNG Line 2 production includes 2~20 cubic meter LNG storage tanks. The third production line is for retail mini-liquefaction plant and LNG filling without power skid-mounted devices. This is a leading technology within the industry and fills a unique gap in the domestic field.
Jiangbei Machinery Plant is located in the Advanced Technology Development Zone of Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, and is a subsidiary of China Sanjiang Space Group, a large national backbone enterprise. Jiangbei Machinery Plant was founded in 1970 and integrates all aspects of research, production, and development within the company.
The plant is completely outfitted with advanced equipment imported from abroad, from countries like Germany and the United States. The CNC machining center consists of more than 1, 000 sets of sophisticated equipment for welding, heat treatment, container spinning and non-destructive testing.
