About the samples fee:
1. Q: Why do you charge samples fee?
A: We need to order the material for your customized designs, and pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers salary. Most importantly sample fee isREFUNDABLE.
Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say "ok, it is perfect".
2. Q: How much is the samples fee?
A: The account is up to your samples, usually it is 100 USD per style, but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.
Anyway, the sample fee will return to you in the order.
3. Q: Is the sample fee refunded when the order is placed?
A: Yes, when place order, the sample fee will be refunded to you.
4. Q: How can I get the free samples?
A: Once you be our regular customer, all your developing samples will be free
And our existing sample can free for you, but need you pay freight cost.
5. Q: What is the samples time?
A: It is 4-7 days according to the different samples. If you want the samples urgently, the prototype can be done within ONE days.
6. Q: If I send my own samples to you, you duplicate the sample for me, should I pay the samples fee?
A: No, once we promise you that we can do it, you will not pay any fees any more.
7. Q: How about the sample freight?
A: If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect,
If not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.
8. Q: If I don't like the sample when I receive it, can you modify it for me?
A: Yes, until you say "yes, it is ok".
About the price:
1. Q: Do you have a competitive price?
A: Of course, we have. Have a try, you will know it.
2. Q: How can I get the discount?
A: The discount is up to your order quantity. We will offer you different discount base on your different quanity.
Your repeat order can help you get a bigger discount. Delivery time, material and craft will influence the price.
About the quality:
1. Q: How do you control the quality?
A: Our quality level is AQL2.0/4.0, and our factory have, ICTI, Coca-Cola, Sedex audit.
Our QC department will control the quality on line for you, we will sent you inspection report before shipment, for you check it.
It is also welcomed that your QC come and inspect the quality.
2. Q: How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?
A: Tell us how many PCS bad goods, sending us the photos, we will response for it immediately, and deal them properly with you.
About the MOQ:
1. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Normally. MOQ is 1000PCS, it depend on the size. If you are a professional purchaser or specialize in plush toys, we can do very small quantity as initial order. We hope there will be a bigger one after that.
About the delivery Time:
1. Usually, it is 45-55 days according to your quantity.
2. Your urgent order is acceptable, 15-30 days is ok. But you may pay more money.
