Cummins ISF2.8 electronic control engine test bench
The equipment is mainly based on ISF2.8S4129T(96KW)supercharged MID-cold engine(SCR included) in which Foton Cummins ISF2.8 series can meet Euro IV emission. And it is designed in a split type that is safe and reliable, operated conveniently. Experimental station consists of main engine bench and control test bench with the original car circuit diagram.
The station make students learn of the basic structure and working principle of Cummings ISF2.8 engine, understand each sensor's and actuator's position and working principle through material object.
It is fit for assessment of automotive engine construction and repair and training teaching of high occupation schools and training institutions. This equipment is operated conveniently, safely and realiablely, and is easy to maintain.
Product functions and features
1) It can set engine common fault of power system through concealed fault box, through the fault display, carry on student fault analysis, practical training of detection and diognois, cultivate students' thinking ability of fault detection and diagnosis, the single fault can be set to 26, but the compound fault can be more than 70.
2) Set practical fault in the engine by practical fault components(e. G. Common engine sensors and actuators), achieve a breakthrough such as automobile power system fault set, diagnosis and troubleshooting of the repair effective physical teaching.
3) The original car meter can show data related engine, besides, it is equiped with oil pressure gauge vacuum meter and 4 digital voltage meters.
4) The bench is equiped with teaching mode and assessment mode, indicator lights'on and off show the location of faulty, and equiped with a key mode changeover switch, easy to make mode conversion.
5) Connect to standard OBD II diagnostic block, can connected to diagnostic instrument to diognois, read fault code, data flow, clear fault code for engine etc.
