GLS Tool & Die designs and builds metal stamping dies for automotive parts, home & office appliances, consumer electronic products... We routinely build dies to stamp material thicknesses from 0.2mm (.008") to 6.0mm (.230") steel. With tryout capabilities up to 800 tons accommodating dies up to 4000*1800mm (70" wide x 157" long)
Metal Stamping Die
We build line dies, transfer dies, progressive dies, and stage tools for medium to highly complex parts. All stamping dies are built to your die specifications. Cast iron dies, and steel plate build-up dies can be built depending on your component part geometry, volume, and tolerance; press size and tonnage; and automation requirements. Die repair and tool maintenance is also available.
