Product Description
Panel cutting machine:
1. Combined using of belt saw and disc saw achieves the on line bidirectional cutting to the panels.
2. PU panels will be cut by the band saw at an angle which makes the cutting going steadily.
The service life of the band saw could be extend as the saw will be cold down by the misted oil, and also the speed of the saw could be set differently according to different positions.
3. The starting position could be set according to the width of the panels. This will achieve a fast cutting on different panels.
4. Diffusing of the dust could be reduced efficiently by the Concealed duct and dust catcher.
5. Tolerance of the panel length is less than 2.00 mm which is guaranteed by the Servo motor.
