Product Description

CW series Horizontal heavy duty and Gap Bed Lathe Machine:

These lathes can perform to turn end-face, cylindrical surfaces and internal holes of various parts as well as metric, inch, module and pitch threads. The top tool post can be operated individually by power for cutting shirt taper surface. It also can turn automatically long taper by the compound movement combined longitudinal feed with the top slide feed. Moreover, the machines may be used for drilling, boring and trepanning. The have the characteristics of large power, high spindle speed and high rigidity. The various ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts may be turned through the heavy cutting by carbon alloy tools.
The machine consists of the bed of machine, headstock, feeding box, tailstock, carriage and tool post, apron, fixed device etc.
