Main Feature:

Working principle

Pulse dust collector is refers to through spray blow compression air of method removed filter media (bag or filter cartridge) on adhesion of dust;According to the size of the filter it may have several groups of pulse valve,by pulse control instrument or PLC control,each open a group of pulse valve to remove it by control of that part of the dust bag or filter cartridge,other cartridge and bag normal work,after a while the next set of pulse valve open,clean up the next part of the dust catcher by ash hopper,on housing,the housing, the housing parts,such as lower housing,which is chamber structure.work,dust by gas into the air duct into the hopper,coarse dust particles directly into the bottom ash hopper,fine dust particles with the air turn upward into the middle and lower housing,dust attached to the external surface of the filter bag,filter the gas into the case on to net gas manifold-exhaust dust,the exhaust fan to the atmosphere. Process cleaning room the first is cut off chamber air outlet duct,chamber's bag is in the state of no air flow through the (separate ventricular delay cleaning ).then open pulse value with compressed air pulse blowing ash removal,the cut-off value closing time enough to ensure after blowing off from the filter bag dust settling to the hopper,to avoid the dust on the surface from the filter bag and then currents set attached to the adjacent phenomenon on the surface of the filter bag,filter bag dust thoroughly,and the programmable controller of exhaust value and pulse value,discharge value automatic control,etc.Dust gas from the air inlet to,through the ash hopper gas part of the larger particles of dust is separated out by the inertia force and gravity,directly into the bottom ash hopper,Dust gas through after ash hopper into the box in the filter bag area,gas filter bag,dust be trapped on external surface of the filter bag,after purification,the gas after mouth into the case on,again through the outlet.
