Properties:
It is equal dextral and left-lateral tartaric acid mixture, often contain one or two gesso, heat to 100 degree when lose water. In the air, and its stability and density 1.697 water solubility 20.6 (20 degree), ether solubility about 1% of solubility, ethanol degree 5.01 (25).
Use:
Widely used in food, medicine, chemical industry, light industry &pharmacy, etc. As beer foaming agent, food sour agent, used to taste masking agent, cool and refreshing beverage, candy, fruit juice, sauces, cold dish, baking powder, its acidity of 1.3 times for citric acid, especially used for grape sour agent. Tanning, photographing, glass, enamel, telecommunications equipment industry also have very important role.
